1. Sales Executive (No. of Vacancies - 06)
Location:
Maharashtra - Shirur, Shrigonda, Rahuri, Pandharpur, Barshi, Sangli, Jat, Amravati
Karnataka - Vijapur, Chickbelapur, Athani, Rural Banglore, Hosepet
Gujrat - Halvad, Mandvi, Bhuj
Experience: 1–3 Years,
Education: Agri Diploma or field exposure to farm machinery sales and marketing
Requirements:
- Experience in agricultural equipment sales preferred
- Hard core field person having hold on customer insights, interaction and deal closing
- Ability to travel,
- Product demonstration and Customer Relationship
Salary: 15000 to 20000 per month (PF & ESIC will be addition to the gross salary)

Location:

Education: ITI or field exposure to farm machinery repairing and service
Requirements:
- Experience in agricultural equipment repairing and service is preferred
- Hard core field person having hold on customer insights, interaction and implement repairing on the field
- Ability to travel on the field
- Product demonstration and Customer Relationship
Salary: 14000 to 17000 per month (PF & ESIC will be addition to the gross salary)

3. Production In Charge (No. of Vacancies - 01)
Location: Sinnar, Nashik
Experience: 3 to 5 Years,
Education: Diploma in Production Engineering or Related
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and manpower
- Ensure smooth manufacturing operations and timely production
- Maintain product quality standards and production efficiency
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, and dispatch departments
- Monitor machine maintenance and workshop discipline
- Prepare production reports and planning schedules
- Implement safety and quality procedures in the production area
Requirements
- Diploma in Production Engineering or relevant field
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry preferred
- Good knowledge of production planning and shop floor management
- Basic understanding of quality control and inventory handling
- Leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and communication abilities
Salary: 21000 to 23000 per month (PF & ESIC will be addition to the gross salary)

4. Digital Marketing (No. of Vacancies - 01)
Location: Sinnar, Nashik
Experience: 3 to 5 Years,
Education: Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or relevant field having hands on Indiamart, Website, Content Creation, Social Media Marketing, etc.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize IndiaMART account and lead generation activities
- Handle company website updates, product listings, and content management
- Create engaging content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and enquiries
- Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-up and campaign support
- Create product brochures, banners, reels, and promotional materials
- Monitor website traffic, social media performance, and marketing analytics
- Improve SEO and online presence of the company
Requirements
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or relevant field
- Hands-on experience with IndiaMART management and lead handling
- Basic knowledge of website management and content uploading
- Skills in content creation, graphic designing, and video editing preferred
- Knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and online marketing tools is an advantage
- Good communication and creative thinking skills
Salary: 21000 to 23000 per month (PF & ESIC will be addition to the gross salary)
